Across the country, we are all deep in the middle of summer. For many of us, it took a bit to see the summer heat start. But now, most of the US is in the 80’s and 90’s.
Summer temperatures have us all sizzling. Many of us work in air conditioned offices but for those of us who spend a good part of the day in the car that windshield time can be HOT, HOT, HOT, this time of year.
One tip we learned from CNET: to quickly cool your car, use your bottom vents. Because heat rises, this is apparently the best way to rid your car of the hot air. Once your car has cooled off, switch on your upper vents to continue to stay cool while driving.
