Post Protectors
Bluff Post Protectors protect pallet rack uprights against damage from forklifts and pallet trucks. A simple and inexpensive way to absorb the truck impact and head off the damage. The bright yellow powder coated steel product is available in 12″ 18″ and 24″ high models. Three product thickness allow for just the right coverage for your rack.

Post Protectors
Overview
Upgrade your warehouse functionality with this Bluff Manufacturing steel post protector. This post protector is constructed of durable steel to ensure posts do not become damaged by other equipment. It also keeps workers safe from injuries that can result from collisions with posts, so you can both protect your facility and your employees with this post protector.
Its Safety Yellow color is easily visible and designates where the posts are. Powder-coated paint resists damage and corrosion, so this protector will keep its vibrancy and not be compromised by fading. Its 1/4″ thickness provides durable protection for 24″ posts, and it fits around rack posts and foot plates that are up to 4″ wide. Install this post protector to upgrade your warehouse facility.

Bolt-On Post Protectors
Overview
Bluffs Bolt-On-Post Protectors maximize aisle space by bolting directly to rack post – no baseplate. Perfect for protecting damaged posts. Bluff’s Bolt-on post protectors are designed with increased aisle space in mind. When reach trucks or other warehouse vehicles are used for storage and handling, warehouse racks are in danger of damage from the vehicles that get too close to the rack columns.
The sleek designs of our Bolt-on Protectors are extremely space efficient, allowing for smooth navigation around racks. Bolt on post protectors are easily installed. Bolts directly to the post; no Anchoring necessary. Protects against damage. 1/4″ Steel Smooth Plate; safety yellow color finish. Fits standard 3” rack posts, but custom sizes can be requested. Fasteners not included.
