Steel
Dock Boards

Overview

All steel construction and our heavy-duty design makes this board “the choice” for the busy dock where high traffic cycles, high capacities and multiple shifts demand the maximum from equipment. This heavy-duty steel dock board is held in position using two 1″ stress-proof steel pins. When properly placed in the side pin pocket locations, these pins hold the dock board firmly in place, guarding against slippage. Simply select the proper pin hole location to utilize once the board is in place between the dock and trailer. Can be used for below dock loading situations depending on the height differential.
All welded construction makes for a “maximum effort” product.

Manufactured and Tested in Compliance with ANSI Standard MH30.2.

Capacities of 15,000 to 40,000 Lbs.

(Model SB) Speedy Board™

Steel
Dock Boards

Overview

Here we take the steel “T” board design and “kick it up a notch” or two to create the “Speedy Board®. Fork cut outs are added to the leading edge of the board, allowing your driver the ability to “scoop” the board and move it into place and to retrieve it for storage when the job is done. This work is all accomplished without the driver leaving the safety of the fork truck cage. The Speedy Board® (SB) Option can be added to TFL, TNB and SC boards at no charge. The use of the Speedy Board® is NOT recommended for below dock loading.

Manufactured and Tested in Compliance with ANSI Standard MH30.2.

Steel
Dock Boards

Overview

Minimize the chance of low under-clearance issues with the TNB design. With the dock side bend eliminated, it’s a smoother transition for pallet jacks to take on. The standard “T” board is reconfigured to have only a single bend and a full width lock leg. This dock board works well when the trip into the truck is up (dock lower than the truck floor). The all-welded construction with the 4″ high curbs allows you to custom fit our best offer to your application. Standard capacities of 15,000 Lbs. and 20,000 Lbs. carry the ANSI certification. Higher capacities available. Not recommended for below dock loading.

Capacities of 15,000 to 40,000 Lbs.
